Pastor Respass accepted Jesus at the age of 18 and accepted his call to ministry six years later at St. James MissionaryBaptist Church in Austin, Texas under senior pastor, Dr. B. W. McClendon, Sr. He later relocated to Lewisville, Texas and served as a youth pastor Westside Baptist Church. Under his leadership, the youth and children's ministry grew from just over 100 students to approximately 500 youth and children church-wide in five years.
Sensing the call to plant a new fellowship, in September 2002 Pastor Respass founded Antioch Christian Fellowship, a non-denominational, multicultural, evangelical, Christian Church where they are called to express Christ's Compassion to a Hurting Worldthrough Evangelism, Discipleship and Service. In this short timeframe, God has blessed the ministry and is growing the congregation in the knowledge of the Lord and His awesome word.
Pastor Respass has the honor of being Charmaine's husband and been blessed with three children, all of whom confess Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
